National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP), in partnership with Locus Technologies, now offer Certified Refrigerant Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification. The program is designed to recognize a professional’s competence for managing refrigerant compliance within an organization. With this training, a CRCM candidate will possess the skills and knowledge to coordinate and manage environmental and safety compliance related to refrigerant purchasing, handling and use, storage, and disposal. 

Topics to be covered are the following:

• EPA regulations and proposed rules

• High GPW HFC refrigerant phase out

• Flammable refrigerants-A2L and hydrocarbons

• EPA reporting on “chronic leakers”

• Self-audit skills and critical compliance practices

• Refrigerant compliance and transition planning
