When starting something new, I find it's better to set trait/process goals as apposed to result goals
Bad: $10k/month
Good: I'm the most consistent person I know and each day I knock out A, B, C
With the latter, you win daily and with consistency, results come.

Above are just a couple things that I stumbled across on Twitter that I'm thinking about.
Especially since we're about to head into 2022.
I thought it was worthwhile to share with you.
