Last night I went to bed a bit too late because I was on a live coaching call learning about a new FaceBook ad strategy I will be testing this coming week.
So I had all the excuses about why I didn't get up early today.
I know they're all BS but I caved and overslept a little anyway.
So by the time I actually got out of bed I had missed my morning routine slot.
No meditations, no yoga, no setting intentions for the day.
Then for a moment, I was not sure what to do.
Do I do them all now? Delaying the rest of my day. Should I just get straight to work but have it in the back of my mind I haven't started the day "properly" so it may throw me off?
When did I allow myself to get so soft?
Reading too many self-help and personal development books maybe.
Just f**king get on with it Jouvan. Just (f**king) do it...
Get to work!
Nike had it right with that slogan.
If you use your morning routine going to shit as an excuse to have a bad day, then you're as soft as baby shit when it's got diarrhoea.
Pick yourself up and get on with it.
Stop with the self-sabotage and excuses.
