I should be ashamed of myself...
But the truth is I'm not!
I recently palmed off the duty of writing the daily emails for our niche membership site to my fiancé.
After all, she's the expert in the space.
I'm just the business strategist, marketer, tech guy, and all-around amazing dude.
Even if I do humbly say so myself!
She's got really good at email writing and I believe today's email will really benefit you too.
Plus it saves me a job writing my own email. (Thanks babe x).

It feels like having a conversation with an older family member to me, I often think I'd probably be able to of have these conversations with my own grandmother if she wasn't already in heaven.

I love people who have all of these qualities, but it's so important that we try to embody these qualities too.
After all we spend the most time with ourselves...
In our own heads
Talk positively about yourself, your goals, your dreams
Don't wait for people to cheer you on (obviously it's great if they do) but don't wait for it
Set your intentions
Cheer yourself on
Pat yourself on the back
Pour your own glass of wine after a successful week
Buy yourself flowers to celebrate
I'm all about this self appreciation next year! I hope you are too, you're amazing just the way you are!
