He has always had a love for comedy as it has been his solace and plays an imperative role in the person that he is today. Kev soon took a more creative approach with his organic comedic trait and animated persona, by expanding his comedy and producing relatable sketch’s on social media for the everyday couple and parent.

HOT & COOL JAZZ: THE MUSIC OF THE DAVE BRUBECK OCTET: RESTORED AND REIMAGINED

Saturday Jun 15, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Wilton Library

Saxophonist Jon De Lucia has put together an all-star jazz octet featuring Grammy-winning saxophonist Scott Robinson to perform the music of the Dave Brubeck Octet. The Brubeck Octet, formed in the 1940s, is where Brubeck and his fellow composition students at Mills College explored musical concepts like polytonality and odd meters for the first time. After years of research at Mills and here in The Brubeck Collection at Wilton Library, De Lucia has brought these arrangements back to life for the first time since the 1950s.
