| The Town of Stratford and its Arts and Economic Development Commissions will present the Third Annual Downtown Market taking place at Colonial Square on Sunday, August 26, from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. featuring more than 55 local and regional artists, craft makers, photographers, contemporary and traditional weaving and a broad variety of local and regional artistic talent.

| | Filled with local and regional artists, the show will also feature live music, a Judo exhibition by Hwang’s Judo, a booth providing face painting for children and unique crafts and jewelry. An added bonus to this year’s show is the inclusion of two restaurants offering ethnic specialties: the Jamaican Kingston Kafe, and Pappa’s Place, specializing in Puerto Rican food.
The event is open to all and offers free parking at Stratford’s Railroad Station.

| | Colin and Myra Healy and Ken Butler will be playing at 11:00 AM. It will be a day of Art and Music. They will bring their collection of vintage and hand made instruments to accompany their vintage and handmade songs! Also performing will be Jim Olbrys, and Chris Cavaliere. |
