Dear Friend,

Did you know that hard times can actually help us to build resilience? Same for our children. But resilience is sort of like weight lifting. If the weight (the hardship/ challenge) is too heavy for you at the time, or your (mental) lifting technique isn't good, you can injure yourself.

I've developed a resilience course to help you and your family to learn good mental technique for building resilience, and avoiding injury. The videos are aimed at adults, but the exercises can be done with your children and built into your weekly routine.
