Subject: You Gotta Eat and Drink

Milk and Meat

I like to maintain relationships with my local farmers. It was nice to stock up on plenty of grass fed beef and raw milk from one of them. My wild game freezer had become sparse and I know the grocery stores have become depleted.  This particular farmer mentioned that it is business as usual for them. The cows will continue to eat grass and make more. If you would like details of farmers and co-ops in your area please send me an email and let me know.

Speaking of meat, it is more dense in nutrients and oftentimes easier to preserve. While vegetables and fruit have a short shelf life unless canned or dried, meat can be easily frozen in a pinch. For all you carnivores out there Stay tuned for some important discoveries in the carnivore world. There is a strong case for it and I have created a spreadsheet download featuring the nutrition breakdown of common animal based foods.

Stay Away From the Sugar

It’s important to realize that taking care of oneself during stressful times is of the utmost importance.

We need our health and strength more than ever during these times.

Even the Army had the right idea when they supplied us with pre-natal vitamins during the Gulf War.

The stress of uncertainty creates a big drain on our body’s vitamin and mineral resources. Combine that with eating very little and eating fast food and you have a recipe for getting sick from the reduced immune system.

At the bare minimum, take a suitable multivitamin and I highly recommend extra vitamin c and maybe throw back some CoQ10 (Ubiquinol).

I also highly recommend completely abstaining from anything with added sugar and all processed foods. Being sick and weak can be a self inflicted condition if you make bad food choices.

Easy 15 grams of protein for a buck! When you can't afford to be choosy, here is a decent option for quality protein. Small canned fish are one of the best kept secrets when it comes to a low cost, sustainable, nutrient dense food. I've seen these in several dollar type stores. This is the ultimate survival food!

Filter your water

Perhaps most important is how to insure a good supply of fresh water without stocking up on those estrogen infused plastic water bottles. Some type of water filtration is better than none. Many of the filters on refrigerators are decent but don't remove chlorine and fluoride. I like the more portable countertop models so you can take them with you easily. I remember taking mine when I had to do a mandatory hurricane evacuation. The one I use could safely filter dirty pond water for drinking and it removes both chlorine and fluoride. I highly recommend this filtration system and you can find the details here:

Emergency Eats

Eating low on the food chain

I have a new nutrition ebook on Amazon, Virtuous Eating that goes into plenty of details on sustainable eating. Please check it out and leave me a review and I will really appreciate it.

I am still in the process of producing my own podcast called "Farmcast", where I will be interviewing local farmers on site and discussing the strong case for the sustainability of raising animals. When you really get into the research, there is factual evidence that responsibly raised and pastured animals are very helpful for our environment.

I also created a small ebook that explains molecular hydrogen. This is an easy to understand document highlighting the myths and benefits of this promising and important molecule.

Don't forget about the supplements!

This is my most trusted source for the real deal (not counterfeit!). Fullscript also has the best and fastest service. Those on this email list get supplements at my cost. Let me know if you would like specific recommendations.

Please, be virtuous in your food choices and make every calorie mean something!

That's all for now!
