Honey as food
When immersed in a carnivore-ish nutrition program, I don't crave sweets and rarely eat carbs. I do have a weakness for honey and have realized that it falls under "animal-based" which makes me happy. Its not that I go around eating honey with every meal, I use it as an occasional condiment over cooked apple slices and cinnamon for instance.
Before incorporating honey into my regular program, I began using honey in my home-brew mead-making operation. Fermented honey is not typically sweet if it has been completely fermented and the sugar has been totally consumed by the yeast. It has a wonderful and complex flavor reminiscent of the honey from which it is made, but I'll save those details for another article.
Stay tuned for an in depth post on how to find good honey and why it's important to be cautious of grocery store honey. In the world of commercial honey production, counterfeit honey is rampant.
I like to use local, unprocessed honey and buy from trusted sources like my friend Jason VanDuyne of VanDuyne Bees.

Another sale at Crossover Symmetry
It appears that COS has a sale around once every month or six weeks.
One of the great advantages of this system is the available training platform included with each system purchased. You are given complete access to the training videos and instructional content.
Now would be a great time to get your own band system at a deep discount. Yes, I am an affiliate and independent rep and trainer for the company and I do receive a small commission for the sale of their equipment. It is a win-win!
Please check out My affiliate link to the Crossover Symmetry site and learn more. Use coupon code OPEN for purchases. I'm not sure how long this one will last, but it is 20% off this time.
