September 16, 2016  Trade Alert -  Earnings Eagle  Portfolio

These are the opening trades for this new portfolio.  Costco earnings will be announced on Thursday, September 29 which makes the 30Sep16 series the one that expires just after the announcement.  We are hoping that IV for this series will escalate from the current 24 next week and/or COST trades higher before we roll to the 30Sep16 calls:

STO 5 COST 23Sep16 152.5 calls (COST160923C152.5) for a debit of $2.69  (buying a calendar)

 

BTO 5 COST 28Oct16 155 calls (COST161028C155)

STO 5 COST 23Sep16 155 calls (COST160923C155) for a debit of $2.48  (buying a calendar)

 

Be prepared to change these price limits by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
