The stock has gone up more than we would have liked.  We can continue on and collect some nice premium here:

 

BTC 5 GILD 11Nov16 72.5 puts (GILD161111P72.5)
STO 5 GILD 18Nov16 75 puts (GILD16111P75) for a credit of $1.27  (selling a diagonal)

Be prepared to change this price limit by $.05 or more in order to get an execution.
