| | KillHer Screening at Twin Cities Film Festival Thursday, October 27th • 8:30pm
Dear Minnesotans!
You may remember me and my film DriverX from a few years back. It starred Patrick Fabian and we both attended the 2017 edition of the Twin Cities Film Festival to show it to all of you. I had such a great time at the festival that I'm coming back for more! My new film--a horror/comedy called KillHer--is playing next week on Thursday, Oct 27th at the Showplace ICON Theatres. I will be there with director Robyn August and producer/writer/actor Tom Kiesche.
We would love to see you there! We just world premiered the film here in LA at the Screamfest Horror Film Festival and it was a rousing success, to say the least. Our sold-out audience were laughing and cheering throughout the movie--it's that kind of film. If you're looking to get in the Halloween spirit, and you want to have some fun in a movie theater, you won't want to miss KillHer. |
| | This will be my 5th film to play at the Twin Cities Film Festival. My last film, The Last Days of Capitalism, unfortunately played in 2020, when the festival was only virtual. I'm thrilled to be coming back in person and look forward to the cool weather and warm audiences. If you're interested in how indie movies get made, you'll enjoy hearing about this one: 10 days in the woods with a tiny, but enthusiastic crew and a group of talented, up-and-coming young actresses; 52 set-ups in one day; well over 100 visual effects shots (on a craft service budget). I'm so incredibly proud of how well all of this turned out. If you're a fan of classic slashers, you will have a ball.
Here's a tiny little taste... |
