"DRIVERX" PLAYING IN HOUSTON FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY!
Dear DriverXers,
Happy New Year! I hope you all had a great holiday and that 2019 is treating you well so far. I, for one, had a great time in Greensboro visiting my family and attending a couple of screenings of DriverX there. The film ended up playing for three weeks in Greensboro!
Many of you know that my hometown is Houston, and for the last several months, I've been trying to get IFC to open the film there so I could share it with all my old friends, and so many of you who supported us on Kickstarter. Well, IFC couldn't make it happen, but I didn't let that stop me. I've rented a theater at the AMC Houston 8 in downtown Houston and I'm screening the film for a one-night-only event that includes a pre-screening mixer, a Q&A with Patrick and myself, and an afterparty at nearby Birraporetti's.
I'm so excited about this night and I hope that many of you who helped make this film a reality will be it there to see your contribution looking its best, and to see your name in lights in the end credits. It's already shaping up to be a great evening, thanks to my high school reunion committee, and tickets are selling at a brisk pace. It looks like this screening is going to sell out, so if you want to come, please buy your tickets ASAP. We're selling tickets via Eventbrite, and the ticket price includes food at the afterparty. | DRIVERX EXECUTIVE PRODUCER ALEX CUTLER'S NEW MOVIE OPENING FEB 8TH!
