A 'Logical' Health Approach!

When viewing any approach to health, it should be logical, safe, and based on common sense. The current narrative in the world appears to violate this premise, as it suggests that the only way the 'jab' works... is if everyone takes it!

Well... then it doesn't really work! Does it?


Let's look at this through a different lens to understand this further:


If you choose to build a healthy immune system via healthful living (such as a healthy diet and lifestyle choices), this DOESN'T require everyone else to HAVE to do it... for it to work!


For example, if you go to bed early and get sufficient restful sleep to help build a strong immune system, it doesn't require everyone else to HAVE to go to bed early for it to work! Just as others don't HAVE to... eat healthy, breathe healthy, get ample fresh air, sunshine, exercise, etc... for you to have a strong immune system either.


It just works! (despite what others do!)


Why?


Because... it's logical, safe, and based on common sense!


Health comes from... 'Healthy Living'!


A 'healthy immune system' also comes from... 'Healthy Living'.


My point is not to tell you 'how to think'.


It's to get you to... 'think how'?


I hope this has served that purpose.

 

 'Plant Power'!


In regards to building and maintaining a healthy immune system, these 'powerful plants' can help pack a punch that can keep your body strong and vital. You don't necessarily have to consume them all, and should consume them only in adequate amounts. MORE is not better. Some of these' potent plants' are very strong, so 'Enough' is the right amount (which can be different for each person; and different for the same person at different times). Listen wisely to your body!


*Note: If you do take any medications, you would also want to ensure that these herbs/spices are not contraindicated with your current medicine regimen. 


Here's a list of 12 Immune Boosters that are often easy to obtain.
