I know it's been a while since you've heard from me! 2022 did not end as I had hoped and 2023 sure did not start as I had planned.

At the end of last year, I ended up with a partially paralyzed left foot. I'm STILL recovering from that.

At the beginning of January I got extremely sick. I haven't been sick in 6 years. I mean not even so much as the sniffles.

But some type of plague tried to take me out in January. I tested negative for COVID and the flu, so no one knows for sure what it was.

I ended up rupturing both of my ear drums due to the sinus congestion and pressure and was deaf for almost 3 weeks.

But SUCH IS LIFE! I'm mostly back to normal and ready to make the rest of this year my best yet!

I've missed connecting with you and you'll be hearing from me regularly again!
