Giving a discount to "cheer up" an angry guest. Classic move, right? However, is it possible to go a step further and create a discount system that will power up your hotel sales?
I've asked my good colleague Julia Armatys - a former hotel and restaurant manager with over 10 years of expertise - to speak about her experience in giving away discounts and the benefits they provide.
