Hi Friend,

I hope you’re doing well. Great job with your campaigns for EZ Battery Reconditioning so far! We appreciate your hard work and partnership.

I'm emailing you to let you know about a quick update you may want to make...

When we originally setup your pixels, we placed your “AddToCart” and “ViewContent” pixel on our main VSL (sales page). This is our highest converting page because it has a video that auto-plays (in some browsers) + exit offers.

But we are no longer going to direct the main affiliate link to a sales page with pixels on it.

So if you would like to continue promoting our main VSL with exit offers + auto-play video + with your “ViewContent” and “AddToCart” pixel on it, you’ll have to update your affiliate link to this:

http://YourAffiliateID.ezbattery.hop.clickbank.net/?x=fb.pix

If you want to use a TID (tracking ID), you would setup your link like this:

http://YourAffiliateID.ezbattery.hop.clickbank.net/?x=fb.pix&tid=TrackingID

*Note: Make sure you update the green parts of the link(s) above.

In case you’re wondering, we’re doing this so we can better optimize this sales page for just Facebook traffic. This is going to result in better conversion rates and EPC for you. Also, a few of our non-Facebook affiliates don't like having a lot of pixels on our main VSL.

Also, don’t worry! Your affiliate link is still sending traffic to our main sales page and tracking your sales right now. And your “Purchase” pixel is still tracking conversions – just like normal. However, if you wish to continue promoting our main sales page (with exit offers + an auto-play video) while tracking the “AddToCart” and “ViewContent” pixel on the VSL, please make this slight update to your affiliate link.

Lastly, if you want to continue promoting the main VSL (with exit offers + an auto-play video) and don’t care to track the “AddToCart” and/or the “ViewContent” events, you don’t have to make any change. Simply use the main affiliate link like always, and it will continue tracking your sales in Clickbank and the “Purchase” event just like always.
