| Divine Mercy Prayer Meeting & Holy Hour for Our Nations Starts Soon Trinidad is in the House Today | | Sanctuary of the Holy Family Mona Rahael was born on the Caribbean Island of Tobago and has lived her entire life in service of the Trinity. Thirty-three years ago, during prayer, she felt inspired by the Lord to establish a lay apostolate known as the Sanctuary of the Holy Family. Since its founding, the apostolate has flourished, bearing many spiritual fruits, including fostering a deep devotion to the message of Divine Mercy and promoting it throughout her nation and the Caribbean and Americas. Each year, religiously, Mona and her team organize Divine Mercy Conferences, workshops, and retreats and carry out evangelization through a home visitation program that reaches families directly. In addition to their work in Trinidad, Mona and a team member have introduced the Divine Mercy apostolate to Guyana, Curacao, St. Lucia, and Grenada. The apostolate also provides monthly food hampers and essential items to impoverished families, offers prayer and support for priests and seminarians, and promotes devotion to Our Lady by sharing the pilgrim Virgin Statue in family homes. Weekly Masses and Eucharistic Adoration are held at the Center, serving as a gathering place for prayer and community devotion. Divine Mercy for Trinidad and Tobago, indeed!
