Prayer Meeting & Holy Hour of Adoration and Prayer for Our Nation | | | Deacon Don Devaney has chaired the Divine Mercy Conference of Ireland committee for 33 years. The committee aims to develop Divine Mercy spirituality and raise awareness of the importance of Divine Mercy Sunday. Deacon Don is married to Eileen and lives in Dublin. They have seven children. Deacon Don graduated from Mater Dei Institute in 1975 and completed an MSc in Education Guidance and Counselling in 2007 from Trinity College Dublin. He now devotes much of his time to broadcasting and teaching Catechesis on Radio Maria Ireland, where, among other things, they broadcast an hour of mercy daily. Caitriona Fitzpatrick is a board member and trustee of the Divine Mercy Conference in Ireland. Married to James, they have one daughter, Mary-Therese. Caitriona graduated from the National University of Ireland Galway with a law degree and worked as a solicitor and accredited mediator before devoting her time to being a full-time mother. She also previously worked as Director of a Catholic group called Pure in Heart, promoting the teachings of John Paul II’s Theology of the Body to young people in Ireland and abroad. She is a board member of several other Catholic Charities and Diocesan Pastoral Councils.
