Today, we'll be hearing all about the beautiful plans for the Feast of Mercy in the Diocese of Kurnool, India, from our dear friend Fr. Vijay Amruth. He awakens at 3:00 in the morning to join us for our Holy Hour every month. He is an extraordinary priest and apostle of Divine Mercy. What a blessing to hear from him and have him lead us in prayer on this side of the world.

Celebrating Divine Mercy Sunday in India

Father Amruth was ordained to the priesthood on February 20, 2014. He currently serves the Sirvel Parish located in the Diocese of Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India.

At this parish in 2017, Father first received the Diary of St. Faustina from the Carmelite nuns and started to read it. So moved by the message, Father Amruth worked on translating the book into Telugu for four years, his native dialect spoken by 100 million souls.
