Dear Fast Friday Team, Some months ago we became charter members of the Coalition of Eucharistic and Marian Apostolates, or CEMA for short, to join forces with other like-minded Catholic organizations and initiatives working toward the salvation of souls and building the Kingdom of God. A few weeks ago we shared an interview with Maureen Flynn of Pray and Fast for America 2020. Maureen and her team put together a phenomenal website that makes it super easy to pledge to pray and fast for your chosen political and religious leaders. Once on the site, find the map of the United States and select your state. The names of the Church and State leaders will pop up and you simply choose the ones you commit to pray and fast for. The program keeps a tally of all the commitments so you can see how many others are praying for the president, his family, a diocese, a bishop, a representative, cabinet member, and so on.
