Sr. Faustina Maria Pia, S.V. was raised in Somers, Connecticut, and studied Human Services and Nursing, desiring to serve those who are suffering. She entered the Sisters of Life in 2009 and professed her final vows in 2018. Sr. Faustina composed the Litany of Trust Prayer that asks Jesus to deliver us from the things that hold us bound by placing trust in His promises. She also authored a new book Jesus, I Trust in You: A 30-Day Personal Retreat Based on the Litany of Trust.
