The term sugar refers to sucrose, glucose, fructose, high-fructose corn syrup, and milk sugars such as lactose and maltose. It also includes the artificial sweeteners made in pharmaceutical laboratories like aspartame, sucralose (Splenda), saccharin, and acesulfame k. Believe it or not, all of these sugars have a long history of wanton destruction—starting with cane crops in the Caribbean.
Christopher Columbus began cultivating sugar on the Caribbean island of Hispaniola. Within decades, the rain forest had been cleared and the native population was completely eliminated by disease and war, courtesy of sugar production. In time, the ravenous demand and addiction for sugar birthed the slave trade. African slaves were shipped over to carry on the sugar mining. The monumental greed and addiction fueled these injustices and gave us the sugar overdose that we now see worldwide. So, not only is sugar tied to the slave trade—it’s currently “enslaving” millions of people in their own bodies by disrupting their insulin and hijacking their hormones, health and quality of life.
In 1700 the average Englishman consumed 4 pounds of sugar a year. A hundred years later, the average man ate 18 pounds. In 1870, 47 pounds annually. By 1900, a whopping 100 pounds a year were being choked down. Today, it’s almost double. People are dropping like flies from sugar consumption, yet wanting more!
You can hear sugar addiction being normalized in everyday talk. Grown-ass men say things like, “I love cookies.” Moms rationalize a sugar addiction (which is really a drug addiction) among their kids by saying, “Oh, it’s just a treat.”
Meanwhile, sugar overdose causes attention deficits among youth, dementia among adults, and full-blown Alzheimer’s among the elderly. Mortality rates have skyrocketed from diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.
Sugar victims think the answer to premature death and their declining health is more meds, a fad diet, alkaline water, walking, protein bars, CrossFit, hormone replacement therapy, TRT, ice baths, going vegan, or fasting. Meanwhile, the true cause of ill health—sugar addition—is never addressed.
Not even whispered! When the ridiculous attempts to restore health without quitting sugar are an abysmal failure, the excuse for poor health becomes age, genetics, or both. Lunacy!
IT’S NOT YOUR HEALTH—IT’S THE F@#CKIN’ SUGAR!
Today, most of the population is suffering from being sugar sick and nothing more. Telling yourself otherwise is a blatant lie. If you eat anything with “cane sugar,” “coconut sugar,” “raw sugar,” “organic sugar,” “vegan sugar,” “rice syrup,” fructose and/or high-fructose corn syrup, Splenda, aspartame, or acesulfame K, then you’re suffering from one or all of these outcomes:
Obesity
Inability to focus on a single task
Inability to finish a task
Muscle atrophy
Poor hormone balance
Drug and alcohol addiction
Depression
Anxiety
Insulin resistance
Type 2 diabetes
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
Infertility
Heart disease
Cancer
High blood pressure
Big Food and Big Pharma are cashing in, thanks to wanton sugar consumption. Sugar is added to everything—bread, ketchup, pickles, hot dogs, protein bars, chicken broth, and disguised in protein shakes and organic energy drinks. The sugar conspiracy is as real as rain. Nutrition labels make sugar content appear low by using abnormally small serving sizes or putting it in fine print under “Added Ingredients.” They add it, because they know sugar is addictive. And no amount is safe!
Best medicine is it quit sugar!
Not one single medication can help you overcome the side effects of being sugar sick. The only remedy is to quit sugar and replace it with honey or stevia leaf. In addition, you can reset and master your hormones once-and-for-all with Hormone Intelligence Therapy
