A xenobiotic is anything that's foreign to the body. It rips your kidneys apart and shreds the liver, making it work overtime to process the unknown substance. A xenobiotic also causes hormones to go awry. The end result is premature wrinkles and low energy.  All of this slowly leads to obesity, anxiety, depression and everything else you think you need to go to the doctor for…you’re not sick, you’re being poisoned by xenobiotics.

I refer to xenobiotics as "chemical shit storms." They're the enemy of athletic recovery, aging well, and endurance.
