During all of this, not once was I so f@#king arrogant that I refused to learn from other people...or bitch and moan about a package being late...or start blaming people who gave me advise that either didn't work or perhaps I applied incorrectly!
Today, as The People's Chemist for more than two decades, I've been gifted the honor of helping many talented people live young...many of them were on the brink of death.
Those people were and are the exception, not the rule!
Today, most people are ignorant and arrogant know-it-alls.
Fact.
And that's why they're either dead or limping around on hormone drugs, thyroid meds, antidepressants, statins or blood pressure pills...yet they still know-it-all, but look 20 years older than they should and couldn't run a mile to save their lives.
The ones who bring themselves back from the dead are the ones who can sit, listen, learn and take charge.
Like my wife...she moved in with me when she was 20 yo. I was a second year grad student. She was sick, sick, sick. Rail thin, irregular periods, painful cramping that paralyzed her from cysts, massive allergies and irregular sleep cycles.
We sat down together to look at what we were doing to ourselves and what options we had...zero arrogance. Zero know-it-all attitude.
Without insurance we saw the medical scam immediately - Nobody gave a shit about her health once they learned we didn't have insurance.
That's because, outside of emergency medicine, doctors don't know what-the-hell to do besides push drugs.
Since that time 24 years ago, we've never carried health insurance...even after having four kids we've also never popped an "meds." We even had our kids at home...
Taking charge of her own health as a young woman, she ditched the birth control that her family doctor and parents put her on in high school. She got off the chemicals and the sugar. She started getting direct sunshine. She tossed the vitamin D, folic acid, niacin and vitamin C in the TRASH! Then we started working out together.
A visit to the ER from MORE painful cysts, the doctors insisted, "you will never be able to have kids and you need birth control and hypoglycemic meds..."
I stopped him in his tracks. Then I demanded an IV for hydration and insisted that she was "weaning from the meds and this is all part of the process..."
We stuck to it...Fast forward to right now, nobody goes to the f@#ckin' doctor and we've lived med-free and vaccine-free for two decades...and helped tens-of-thousands do the same.
And that's because we weren't so arrogant that we couldn't learn new things...
But for everyone else...you guys already know-it-all.
You think that walking is exercise.
You think that intermittent fasting is going to get your fat ass into shape.
You think vitamin D replaces sunshine.
You think that wine is "good for your heart."
You think skipping breakfast is "no big deal."
You think one or two meds are standard, even "OK."
You think avoiding pure water is OK.
You think menopause is an illness that needs to be treated.
You think TRT is healthy.
You're wrong.
And that's fine...but stop being so arrogant that you can't learn anything. Just stop trying to learn...stop emailing me. Stop using my chat window. Stop ordering my products.

Daily Habits:
