For over 25 years, I've been studying chemistry and medicine. During that time, I've been astonished by the number of unhealthy people who've told me they've "tried everything to be healthy."


These are the same individuals who throw their hands up in the air and insist, "Nothing works." That's because they never mastered their hormones...

When my oldest son was 11, he competed in a submission grappling tournament. After hitting a beautifully executed, double leg takedown in the first five seconds, he got caught in a guillotine choke. Amid hundreds of screaming parents, a tap out and quick loss looked imminent.


The guillotine is one of the simplest and most cunning of all chokes in grappling. Your neck gets firmly locked, noose-tight, inside your opponent's death grip. But if you can scrape up enough determination to keep trying, the guillotine has weaknesses to exploit.


Big Pharma currently has millions of Americans trapped in a prescription drug "guillotine." The industry knows most people will simply give up and “tap out” before they even come close to figuring sh#t out.
