The Yahoo Case Study is out now! It's available as a FREE download from the The Yahoo Case Study Web Site.
The outline teaching notes are included on page 36. Lot's of examples of great concepts and challenges are referenced. A great read along with our "Masters in Strategy" Guidelines.
And what of digital disruption … The case study is also a great example of digital disruption. Yahoo as the first major online portal, was challenged be the emergence of Google (in search) and Facebook (online ads).
We analyze the Yahoo years into four great periods. Each with a CEO with differing ideas on goals and strategy. I hope you enjoy the case study. Let me know what you think! |
