Are you getting business from you digital card? If you are, please tell me a cool story that I can retell on social media. If not, why not? How much do you promote your keyword? Do you wear your badge at networking events? Are you following up with the phone numbers that you collect? Do you announce your keywords during your elevator pitches (every single time)? Do you encourage people to text your keyword when they ask for a paper business card? Are you networking enough? These concepts are critical to the success of your card. The more you promote your card, the more it will work for you and the more other people will share your keyword and number with their spheres.
So I am building a new campaign to showcase every one of you who would like to be showcased. Participation is easy. Send me a picture of you wearing your badge and I will post it on my business Facebook page AND my LinkedIn page, complete with keyword, business type, etc. You can also remind me to take your picture with it the next time I see you in person if that's easier for you. My initial goal was never just to sell you a digital card, it was to have that digital card bring you business!
