Dear Friend,

Hope you are taking good care in this new year!

According to this funding forecast, the Office of Population Affairs (OPA) intends to award over $68 million for Evidence-Based Teen Pregnancy Prevention Programs and Services.

OPA seeks “to serve communities and populations with the greatest needs and facing significant disparities to advance equity in adolescent health through the replication of evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention programs and services.”

Based on their criteria, Love Notes is a great fit for this funding because of its proven effectiveness (youth receiving Love Notes are 46% less likely to become pregnant at 12 months than the control) and its Positive Youth Development focus.

OPA forecasts that the grant will be released on January 31. So, now is a great time to review Love Notes and to think about how you will reach the target population.

Simply let us know if you would like a free 30-day online copy of Love Notes and we will send it right away.

We, like you, will be eagerly awaiting the drop of this grant. Once it is available, we will be creating a toolkit to help you write a strong application. So, stay tuned!

With all good wishes,

P.S. If this is not an opportunity your organization would like to pursue please pass the information along to others who may be interested because the teens in your community will greatly benefit from this funding.

P.P.S. If you have received this information more than once, apologies. I just wanted to make sure you were aware of this funding.
