Devotion
"God cannot hide from the person who gives Him devotion and a real soul-call. Open your eyes to the joy of meditation and all darkness will vanish. The light of faith will usher you into the immortal kingdom of our One Father. Worship God in everything and you will find the answers to problems. To make your prayer-demands effective, you must not let your attention go beyond the precincts of the temple of your devotion. Banish indifference, absent-mindedness, cold formality, and lackluster feeling. Bring the living Lord of pure joy onto the altar of your heart and worship Him there with flowers of deathless devotion." Paramahansa Yogananda |

DFW-SRF Will Re-Open July 4th With Meditation Service 10:00-11:00 am
Dear Friends,
Warm greetings to you. We joyously announce that on Sunday July 4, 2021, we will be resuming services in our Irving Chapel. As most or all temples and meditation groups are doing, we will open in a phased manner, beginning with 10:00-11:00 am Sunday meditation services.
Consistent with other groups and temples, we will offer a separate area for socially distanced seating for those who need or prefer it. As with SRF Temples and groups, we will continue to follow CDC guidelines by making masks optional for those who have been vaccinated, and asking those who have not been vaccinated to wear a mask. We respectfully request your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines for the safety of others.
We will not pass donation basketsbut will place the baskets outside of the Chapel area. For safety we ask for adherence to social distance in the lines to the restrooms.
As many of you know who have attended our services, our space is very small and social distancing is not as easy or convenient as it would be in larger facilities. After much care and planning in making our facility safe for all, we also ask that you use discrimination in deciding if it is right and safe for you to attend services at this time. We very much hope that you can attend but we understand if it is not right for you at this time.
We very much look forward to seeing all of you who are able to attend now or in the near future.
Master’s love and blessings to you and your loved ones.
In Divine Friendship,
Dallas Fort Worth Managing Council of Self-Realization Fellowship

The Voluntary League of Disciples is formed of SRF and YSS Kriya Yogis who structure their lives around the sadhana set forth by Paramahansa Yogananda, and who give freely of their time and resources to advance the Guru’s work for the upliftment of humanity. The advent of the Voluntary League of Disciples is a major milestone in Paramahansa Yogananda’s mission of spreading India’s ancient science of Kriya Yoga and his “how-to-live” teachings worldwide.
The video of this inauguration event will continue to be available on this page after the livestream (please note that it will not be available on the SRF YouTube channel).
