The Help and Blessings of an Ever-Living Guru
When you are steadfast in the principles of the guru-disciple relationship, the spiritual path becomes very easy. You cannot then go astray. No matter how delusion tries to pull you away, the master who has experienced God knows your trouble and will help you to steady yourself on the path again. That is what the guru does for you if you are in tune with him. Even though you and the guru may be thousands of miles apart, his help will reach out to you. I feel Master [Swami Sri Yukteswar] with me all the time, even though he is no longer incarnate on this earth plane. To have the guidance and grace of guru with you--that is the easiest way to move along on the spiritual path.

In the Garden of My Life
Cast unceasingly the seeds of Thy blessings into the prayer-plowed soil of my heart. May they grow into plants bearing precious fruits of Self-realization.
Let every vine of my activities wear clusters of joy. Teach me to press divine wine from the daily ripened grapes of little joys.
On each thorny bush of my trials mayest Thou grow fadeless flowers of spiritual understanding.

Current Services-- 10:00 am Meditation Service 11:00 am Readings Service No Sunday School
Dear Friends,
The 11:00 am Readings Service has returned to our Sunday's schedule.
The 10:00 am Meditation Service will end at 10:50 am.
Our online calendar will reflect our new service schedule .
Following are the details of how we conduct services under the Covid conditions: Consistent with other groups and temples, we will offer a separate area for socially distanced seating for those who need or prefer it. As with SRF Temples and groups, we will continue to follow CDC guidelines by making masks optional for those who have been vaccinated, and asking those who have not been vaccinated to wear a mask. We respectfully request your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines for the safety of others.
We will not pass donation baskets but will place the baskets outside of the Chapel area. For safety we ask for adherence to social distance in the lines to the restrooms.
We very much look forward to seeing all of you who are able to attend now or in the near future.
In Divine Friendship,
Dallas Fort Worth Managing Council of Self-Realization Fellowship

DFW-SRF Monastic Visit Planned For April 1st-April 3rd
We have been notified that this event is planned but is still tentative as is all monastic travel this year due to the pandemic. We will not be informed of a firm decision until about 1 month before the date.
We will announce, with a schedule of events, when the visit has a green light from Center Department.
It is always a blessing for us when the monastics come to visit. If this event goes forward, we invite everyone to join us at the Chapel for this uplifting 3 day spiritual event.

Donation to Good Samaritans of Garland
We have not been able to donate goods and food to Good Samaritans of Garland for the past couple of years. So we have donated $500 two times last year and another $500.00 in January. We always receive a nice letter of gratitude and appreciation. The number of families they serve has steadily increased over the last 3 years from about 640 families to 1100 families per month. They are deeply grateful for our help.

Dallas Ft. Worth Building Fund
We are pleased to report the Dallas Ft. Worth Building Fund total as of November 30th is $562,501. This is the last reporting period.
The building fund exists for the purpose of allowing our group to have a permanent Chapel when the time is right. We realize that it will take more than our current building fund to obtain a new permanent Chapel. We would like to encourage those who can contribute, comfortably, to our building fund to do so. A donation of any amount will be gratefully accepted.
Our building fund is held in an account for us by Self-Realization Fellowship. Gifts to this fund are tax exempt.
Thank you all for your continued generosity and sponsorship of the Dallas Fort Worth Group’s Chapel Project.
