Importance of the festival/event

| Bodhayana and Srikanta Shivacharya Maharishi’s expounded the Shaivagama form of worship to Lord Shiva (similar to Vikhanasa maharishi who expounded the Vaikhanasa form of worship to Lord Vishnu). Their Jayanthi (birthday) is celebrated by performing a special Abhishekam and puja. |

As part of the next phase of easing Covid-19 temple visit restrictions, all current Poshakas, Life Members and Trustees are allowed to visit the temple during the open timings (8:00 to 9:30 AM and 5:00 to 6:30 PM). Please continue to schedule your temple visit from our website prior to your visit.
For all devotees, Dharma darshan is every Saturday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. No prior scheduling is required for Dharma darshan.
