Due to the existing pandemic restrictions with the limit in the number of people gathering at one place, only LIMITED number of devotees are allowed to participate in this event. All current Poshakas, Life Members and Trustees are allowed to visit the temple during the open timings (8:00 to 9:30 AM and 5:00 to 6:30 PM). After sponsoring online, please schedule your visit by clicking here and make sure you follow the temple visit guidelines when you visit the temple.
Starting Sunday, June 20th, 2021; on the occasion of ICCT's 27th Anniversary, Dharma Darshan timings are:
Saturday's: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Sunday's: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
No prior appointment required to visit the temple during Dharma Darshan.

Importance of the festival/event

| Masa Shivaratri is dedicated to Lord Shiva. On Masa Shivaratri, Shiva abhishekam is performed with milk, curd, honey, ghee, sugarcane juice, coconut water, bilpatra, flowers etc. This kind of abhishekam gives prosperity, achievement of all desires, eliminates negative forces, getting rid of negative karma and will give you immense joy and success in life. |
