The Board of Trustees of India Cultural Center and Temple would like to sincerely thank the community for actively participating in the Ganesh Nimajjan event.  We would also like to thank revered Swamiji Sri Abhishek Chaitanya Giri Maharaj who came all the way from Rishikesh, India and blessed us with presence and divine week-long discourse on Sri Ganapati Atharvashirsa Upanishad.
Sincere thanks to the donors and sponsors who helped make the 2017 Ganesh Nimajjan event a grand success!!
An event of this magnitude could not have been possible without the help, commitment and dedication of all the volunteers who put in countless hours in the planning and execution of various tasks.
Many thanks to the following teams for their outstanding job:
  • Murti team for creating the main Ganesh Murti
  • Small clay Ganesh Murti team and volunteers for crafting the small clay Ganesha's for devotees to take home for Puja.
  • Regional float teams for their preparation of the floats and participation in the procession.
  • Food stalls for serving mouthwatering, delicious and wide variety of menu items.
  • The various teams/groups that came up with the food menu items and prepared them so we could all enjoy the delicious food menu items
  • ICCT Annadanam team for managing supplies and coordinating the preparation of food items with various volunteer teams
  • Event marketing (email / facebook).
  • Event coverage (photo, video and audio) and event anchoring.
  • Cultural activities team.
  • Float co-ordination.
  • Decoration team for giving the ICCT grounds a festive look.
  • Vendors showcasing various items.
  • Event operations and Facilities management.
  • Parking and security team.
  • Temple Priests.
  • Kids' corner for keeping the kids entertained and occupied.
  • Post event cleanup team.
