During 5 days of Brahmotsavam celebrations, Vahana seva will be performed to Lord Shiva every evening. Vahana seva includes taking the Lord in procession in the evening on different types of Vahana (vehicles). Devotees who sponsor for Vahana seva on either one day or multiple days will be honored by the priests and special blessings will be provided during Asthanam (Gathering of devotees during Unjal seva) in the eventing. The Yajamani's (Seva sponsor/owners) name will be read during all Sankalpas for all the sevas performed for that day. He and his family are the Yajamani's for the entire day sevas that include Homam, Procession, Prasadam and Flowers.
