Namaste!
As the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) evolves, ICCT continues to monitor guidelines and recommendations from local, state and federal officials. The situation is changing rapidly, and the Temple will respond when it becomes necessary.
For personal travel, we strongly advise you to follow travel alerts from the CDC, U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The Centers of Disease Control (CDC) has continued to state the risk of contracting the coronavirus remains LOW.
At this time, the Temple services will continue to be offered as planned in our calendar. If you wish to attend, please consider guidelines issued by CDC, U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
As per suggestions from the medical experts, the best way to prevent the spread of infection is to practice routine hygiene etiquette. Please wash your hands and feet before entering the main temple and other buildings within the premises.
The hygiene etiquettes are:
(1) Cover your mouth and nose with your elbow or a tissue when you sneeze or cough.
(2) Wash your hands or use alcohol hand rub after coughing or sneezing.
(3) Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Temple advises that you rest at home in case you are sick.
(4) If you are ill, keep a safe distance from others to reduce the risk of transmitting germs. The safe distance is at least six ft.
(5) If you are seriously ill, seek medical advice from your health care provider.
(6) More information is available at Tennessee Department of Health COVID-19 information
Thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding.
