Good Morning, I hope you are doing well as we near the end of the fall screening cycle. The winter screeners will be available to assign and view beginning November 1, 2021. Below are a few reminders as we plan to begin the winter screening cycle. 1. Fall Readiness and Tier 3 Screeners Fall screeners will be available to assign until November 12. After this date they will no longer be available to assign to a course. All Fall Readiness and Tier 3 screeners assigned prior to November 12 will be available on the teacher’s Dashboard to make available for students throughout the entire the school year.
2. Winter Readiness and Tier 3 Screeners To assign a winter screener and make it available, each educator will need to SUBSCRIBE their active courses to Delta Math – Winter under the AVAILABLE PROGRAMS. For additional support to prepare for winter screening, click on the guide or video.
3. Celebrate Student Success! The Winter Data Review includes protocols for generating winter data on the REPORTS tab of the screening and reporting website to make instructional decisions. Protocol #2 includes the celebration of completed learning with your team and your staff. Don’t forget to celebrate with your students and parents, too! The Standard Summary report will display data for educators to celebrate each readiness standard that had large groups of students complete their learning! Use the Student Performance report will display data for educators to celebrate each student’s mathematical strengths and each readiness standard they completed their learning! Use the Student Growth report will display data for educators to celebrate all of the students who decreased their need for tier 2 intervention. This report is available on a temporary website for administrators using a district username and password.
