I want to keep everyone in the loop, so I am writing because it is looking more and more like I may have to postpone the October retreat.

  I have been in contact with Winter Clove to come up with some alternate dates in the Spring/Summer - right now there is availability in May, June, or August, but the dates are all midweek (Monday through Thursday).   You will have the option of "rolling over" your deposit to the new date, or I will issue you a refund.
