“And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever.” John 14:16

When Jesus ascended into heaven He pledged He would not leave us as orphans. He promised a Helper, an Advocate, the Holy Spirit. Are you going through tough times? Do you feel family and friends have abandoned you or are just too busy to walk with you through the chaos? On this pilgrim journey, you've been given a divine Helper and friend to comfort and console. Seek His presence in prayer.

Do you need answers to life’s challenges? Are you just not getting it? John 14:26 assures : “…the Holy Spirit that the Father will send in My name, He will teach you everything…” You have a wise Teacher in all of life’s unknowns. Present your questions in prayer. Ask and it shall be given unto you.

Need direction in life? Are hard decisions just ahead? Wonder what’s the best path to choose? The answer is found in John 16:13, “But when He comes, the Spirit of Truth, He will guide into all truth.” He will be your personal Guide, your very own GPS. He will light the way and ensure that you reach your final destination.

When we first believed we were sealed with this Spirit of Promise (Ephesians 1:13), but the Spirit’s work doesn’t end there. Befriend this third person of the Trinity. Invite Him to become an active part of the journey as your Helper, Teacher, and Guide.
