Forgetting The Things Behind
Nikola Dimitrov

Forgetting the things behind and stretching for the ones ahead is a healing book, based on Philippians 3:13. It is a practical revelation that has helped many people to always go forward, no matter what!

Quote From Darlene Zschech – Hillsong Church Australia

"This is not a theoretical book, but a very practical one, showing us the importance of letting go of everything that is trying to prevent us from pressing towards the mark of the high calling of God on our life. As apostle Paul said in Philippians 3:13, one thing is needed, which will lead us to the finishing line, and that is to forget (let go) of what is behind us and stretch towards what lies ahead of us. This revelation from the Word of God is wisely presented in the pages of this book. A timely and needed material which will bring healing and provoke us to pursue excellence in our lives and ministries! I highly recommend it! With much love."

Today's Devotional
Accomplishments Ahead!
By Karen Pourbabaee

“The Lord will accomplish what concerns me. Thy lovingkindness, O Lord, is everlasting. Do not forsake the works of Thy hands.“ Psalm 138:8 NAS

A new year has opened, full of possibilities and hope. It’s a time of reflection and dreaming. Perhaps following age old traditions of setting new year resolutions, goals, or lists of things to accomplish. The future is a blank slate. We muster up all of our will power and positive affirmations, convincing ourselves “I can do this! “ Many even believe the Lord helps us with those resolutions, goals, and lists. Indeed He can.

It’s promised the Lord will accomplish what concerns us. To accomplish, meaning to succeed in doing or achieving. God will not only work on our behalf but He’ll succeed… finish, complete, fulfill that which concerns us. Why? Because His lovingkindness is everlasting. He doesn’t abandon us. However, this verse concludes with another key point… a plea…a prayer. The psalmist is crying out to God not to forsake him.

The book of Proverbs offers us sage advice about wisdom in planning a new year or a new era in life. “Many are the plans in a man’s heart. But the counsel of the Lord, it will stand.”(Proverbs 19:21) Don’t make your plans without the counsel of the Lord. Seek His will. His counsel won’t fail; it will stand. ”The mind of man plans his way. But the Lord directs His steps.”(Proverbs 16:9)

Don’t try to navigate this new year or season of life without prayer and God’s counsel. Write down His plan and begin. Remember God will be directing your steps as He accomplishes what concerns you.
