Redeemed Completely - Sheriena McEvers Isaiah 43:1 Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. NKJV
Redemption was God’s plan. He redeems all that is our lives - past, present, and future.
All of our past? Yes, all of who we have been, what has happened to us and what we have done.
All our present? Yes, all of who we are now, what we are doing and what is happening to us now.
All our future? Yes, all what we will do, who we will become, and what will happen to us. Next month, next year, you will still be his.
Jesus bought us when he gave his life as a ransom. Did you know that once you are born again, you are not your own? You have been bought with a price. (1 Corinthians 6:20)
He redeemed everything about you. He left nothing undone. There is nothing that you need to pay. There is no part of it that you need to earn. There is nothing that he left for you to fix. He left nothing undone.
What was the price? The life of His Son. Such love! What He does, he does well and completely.
Is a redeemed life trouble-free? No. But when trouble does come our way we can go to Him, our Father, for whatever we need. Our entire life has been redeemed. Go to God and accept his gift of redemption through the death of his son.
Enjoy your redemption! (Titus 2:14, Eph. 1:7, 1 Peter 1:18-19)
