Inheriting God’s Wealth by Robert Schaetzle
“That I may cause those who love me to inherit wealth, That I may fill their treasuries.” Proverbs 8:21 NKJV
Do you ever consider all the wonderful resources our Lord lavishes upon those who diligently seek Him? How God expand our borders, and multiplies His resources for us to work with and oversee? I’m defining His resources as more than big bank accounts. While monetary provisions may be included, far greater wealth is found in His wisdom to discover the true value of life.
Chapter eight of Proverbs is a ‘personification of Godly wisdom.’ Throughout the whole chapter, we recognize each verse as authoritative and hope-filled for those who trust and obey. Those who diligently seek His wisdom find solutions to bring rest to their troubled hearts and calm assurance under life’s burdens.
Inheriting His wealth includes discovering the depth of His faithfulness in our struggles as the power of His presence goes before us. His wisdom causes us to lean on Him more and ourselves less as we walk out our journey of faith hand in hand with Jesus. He deserves all the honor and glory as we inherit His wealth.
Reach up to the Lord through faith today, lean on Him more, and He will grant you wealth in wisdom.
Father, thank you for expanding unto me your wisdom from above, discernment with knowledge as I inherit a treasury of wealth that will never diminish. AMEN
