Great are the blessings of God, our Father! Many we see and many we do not as He prepares the ground for the great blessings coming our way. Faith in the Lord, for all that we need and for all that we want, is something that helps us to grow in His favour on a daily basis and gives us a way to see life through His lens. A situation which may seem unlikely to us may be a leading step towards where we want to be, as God prepares us to handle what is going to come. Disappointments and sadness might come our way but the assurance that we have a good future through Him (Jeremiah 29:11) is what keeps us going.
He fed Elijah with ravens at the time of drought. He made a way in the Red Sea for Moses. He kept Daniel safe in the lion’s den for He never leaves nor forsakes those who trust in Him. O! What a faithful God we have who remains the same from one generation to the other. Our children will experience Him in the same way as we did!
Victories and rich blessings we receive from Him. When we are helpless, it’s God who gives us the strength. Everything is made beautiful in His time; there is a time to sow, a time to wait for the harvest when we take care of what we have sown and nurture it till it fulfils His purpose. We nurture our faith in a similar way until we reach the stage where God reveals His power to us in all the situations.
"For the king trusts in the LORD; through the unfailing love of the Most High, he will not be shaken." (Psalm 21:7)
