Real or False - Gloria Pierre Dean
Bold fragrances greet me at my front door. Yellow and pink roses and lilies display themselves without shame. Window boxes of trailing evergreens and pink lady slippers flaunt their beauty. They are real and alive and give pleasure and joy. I consider them a great pleasure. On my kitchen table sits a bowl of fragrant apples, pears, and mangoes. I reach out my hand and soon mouthfuls of juice flow unhindered into me. Imagine another scene of look-alike fruit set out to decorate, but you do not dare to bite. Local dollar stores display gaudy man made creations of bright colours, but they're fake. They do not need air, water, or care and do not attract my attention. Supermarket labels on food scream artificial and yet we eat them because they taste good. I see a lesson here. God gave us real fruits and flowers. "And the LORD God planted a garden in Eden. And out of the ground the LORD God made to spring up every tree that is pleasant to the sight and good for food' [Genesis 2: 8-9 ESV]. He gave us a real Saviour. As the Way, the Truth and the Life, Christ shines light into our darkened souls. One second in His presence changes a life forever. Those who worship false gods are being given false hope for a future built on cruel lies. Know the Truth! Recognise the fakes! Jesus came to exemplify how to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind and love our neighbours.

Perfect to equip the believer for defending their faith. Ideal to send to a skeptical friend or family member. Great for teens and young adults who have never reviewed the objective evidence for God's existence and identity.
An in-depth study of the factual evidence leads a person to realize how little faith they need to believe, while they gain great faith at the same time.
