When was the last time you sought your heavenly Father just to be with Him, to imagine His smile, His laugh, His voice, feel His warm embrace, to walk and talk, share and be real with Him? When was the last time you told Him that you preferred Him over all the treasures in this world?
So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. 1 John 4:16 ESV
Imagine living in the same home with our Father and Jesus, together as a family, loving, sharing, helping, learning and growing closer. Take the most intimate relationship you have ever had and magnify that by a million. There will be nothing hidden, no pretense, no sad tears, no fear, no worry and no doubt of the love that exists.
Because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, "Abba! Father!" Gal 4:6 NAS
Close your eyes and call out to Abba right now and sense His presence. He loves you as much as He loves Jesus. When we seek Him for who He is, we get all we really need.
I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me. John 17:23 NLT
Only His perfect love casts out all fear.
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love. We love, because He first loved us. 1 John 4:18-19 NAS
The highest form of worship is to rest in His presence, love and promises peacefully. It shows we believe His word is true.
"Let not your heart be troubled. Believe in God, believe also in me, In my Fathers house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?" John 14: 1-2 ESV
