Caring Friend,
I’ve been thinking a lot about how I nourish myself, or not. It’s part of my journey to balancing more in my feminine power.
I’ve realized how much I’ve taken for granted, like freedoms or having basics like water and electricity. How much I assumed things would happen, like my body working for me, my car starting whenever I want to go some place.

|
| So in my journey of having more compassion and kindness, I’ve had to look at how I treat myself. I’ve realized that with a little shift in perspective, I could change my attitude and behaviors. Like thanking and appreciating my body, my world and all the extraordinary favor I receive from God. Life has been SO good to me. I’ve been able to do so much - with ease, and struggle.
Not only is there the mental shift I’m experiencing, but I can feel internally, how much lighter it feels, how much brighter the world seems.
I feel such gratitude and appreciation for the struggles that brought me to going deeper into ways to find greater joy, peace and love.
It is just amazing how life works when I get out of the way and pay attention to the messages I’m being sent.
How are you nourishing yourself, especially in the areas of your struggles?
Committed to Thriving!

Who Are You Becoming in this Decade You Are Living?
|
| Carpe Diem - Seize The Day.
Expect great things to happen for you.
Use nature’s wisdom. Nature reminds you of what’s possible. Think of the seasons - the dying of the old to let the new appear. Feel the freedom of allowing things to grow in their due time.
Each decade of life presents new opportunities. Pull together the highlights of your life. Think of it like a quilt. Think of your school ages, your 20s exploring the world, being on your own, beginning jobs and careers; 30s starting families; 40s settling in or mid-life crisis; 50s feeling more settled, then empty nesters; 60s looking forward to retirement; and 70s coming full circle to enjoy all that life has given you and seeing the wisdom and joy.
What is significant about the decade you are living that could help you design who you are becoming?
