| Weekly Broadcast to Live Healthy, Vibrant and Fulfilled

Fabulous,
I hope you are choosing to do things that matter to your life and not just letting life pass you by.
This week, my sister from Houston and I went to Phoenix to be with our sister with ALS. She loves playing BINGO. She even wanted to go to LaLaLand. We had a woman’s night out with her daughter, a couple of her friends and us. It was the BEST! Nothing like girl talk. So fun to share the memories and share what a difference she has made in our lives.
My world is blessed because I have the opportunity to serve, support and share ways to live healthy, vibrant and fulfilled.
Take time to let those people in your life know how much they mean to you.
Thank you for being a part of my world.
Committed to Thriving,

“I think the whole world is dying to hear someone say, ‘I love you.’ I think that if I can leave the legacy of love and passion in the world, then I think I’ve done my job in a world that’s getting colder and colder by the day.” —Lionel Richie

| Use Your Legacy To Make A Difference
Everybody wants to know their life matters.

Many people often think about the money or personal items that you leave your children and family as what they are passing on.
I want to broaden the discussion about the legacy you can leave. I want you to think about what experiences, passion, gifts and talents you have that could make a difference. Read More
