After being gone on vacation for a few weeks, it was important that we see our kids and grandkids and get grounded. And, get back connected to our friends.

We love to travel but we love to come home and enjoy all we have here.

I have realized more and more how important it is to take the time to get myself centered and back into the routine. It helps me feel more peaceful and focused.

I know how easy it is to have life disrupted.

An important tool to know - is how to find your way back to the peaceful, loving space in your life once the chaos settles.

I have to get back to my routines, get outdoors and connect with those I love.
