How Close Are You To Real Happiness and Peace?
|
| One common goal in life is to "be happy." The words make it sound simple.
But real life can be much more complex, with various demands pulling you in different directions—career, family, faith, self-care—all while trying to maintain happiness and peace.
Difficult moments are when real growth kicks in, as you learn how to deal with life's tricky problems head-on.
Want real change?
Begin by updating both the thoughts that drive you each day as well as the actions that follow them.

Happy Friend,
Our lives are so blessed with our kids and grandkids. This week one of the grandsons had his 9th birthday. Most of the others came over and we had a swim party as their cousin celebration. So fun and pure delight watching them and laughing at their antics. They are so innocent and free.
Three of them were able to play in a baseball tournament together. That was fun to be able to watch them together. And, our oldest granddaughter, 6, had her dance recital. Love all their outfits to fit their dances. Amazing how these little ones can remember all of this. So cute. She is proud of what she does. Love it.
I share these tributes to speak gratitude. I’ve learned the more I acknowledge and speak of all the blessings I have, the more I receive.
My heart is full.
Where in your life are you finding pure delight?
