Anything you are triggered by is a pattern wanting to be seen by you.  Notice what is upsetting you.  Not try to justify or find a solution.  Find a time in your life that has happened to you and your were hurt by it.  Be with it.  Allow the pain to be seen and felt.  Awareness is the first step to healing.
